Our full care equine boarding facility features:
Two huge outdoor arenas are available for reining, running barrels, trail course practice, or dressage. Very importantly, both arenas have great footing installed.
Available also are a large 80' round pen and a 40' training pen, both with horse safe fencing.
Isolation shelters and pens are available.
Shed row is made up of individual 10'x12' 3-sided shelters with 12'x32' pipe pens of horse-safe fencing.
Large, open paddocks w/ horse safe fencing is available for single owner-only, multiple horses, starting at $150 per head, negotiable.
Ample horse trailer parking is included with monthly boarding fees.
We provide 2 equal feedings per horse per day of second cutting alfalfa hay. Owner is to follow our facility's pellet feeding program; it shall be owner's sole responsibility to supply and feed any additional supplements.
We provide fresh, clean water daily.
Lockable tackroom available, included with monthly boarding fees.
Pen cleaning will be $25 per month per horse if stable cleans pens.
Turnout services are available Mon-Fri only. If you plan to do your own turnout, please consult with barn manager first in order to avoid time conflicts as well as to help prevent injury to either horse or human. Our services also include turnout for you if necessary, $5 per turnout.
Care of sick and or injured horses is available. Dispensing medication is $25 per dose, wound care is $50 per dressing. Horse's owner is to provide all medications and dressings.
Local equine veterinarians, farrier, and equine chiropractor are available by appointment only.
We offer lessons in western riding, running barrels, poles, etc. Please contact barn manager for details.
Our stable requirements are as follows:
Upon arrival, each horse must be current on negative Coggins, all locally-required shots, worming, have a current health certificate, and a bill of sale and/ or brand inspection. In spring and fall, owners must sign up w/ barn manager for all locally-required shots. Owners must worm their horses on a regular, 3 month rotational basis.
Owner is to sign all required insurance liability release forms and lease agreement w/ barn manager. Manager is to provide all correct forms.
Owner shall provide updated emergency phone numbers whereby they can be reached should an emergency occur. If an owner cannot be reached, barn manager shall call upon veterinary services as barn manager deems necessary. All subsequent charges incurred are to be paid by horse's owner.
Owner to keep current on all bills. Any boarding fee unpaid after 30 days will place that horse into abandoned category. Barn manager to take further action at his/ her discretion. Upon signing a boarding agreement, the owner hereby grants a possessory lien against the boarded animal or animals to this stable for the value of all unpaid charges resulting from boarding, and rendering other services for the animal or animals. Should such charges continue unpaid 30 days past the incurrance of said charge, this stable shall be entitled to exercise the right to enforce said lien according to the laws of this state.
All boarders to keep the area around their pen free of clutter and trash. It is the owner's responsibility to clean up after their horse while the animal is outside of its pen.
All boarders must be co-operative and courteous to one another to ensure the smooth operation and enjoyment of all equine activities. All boarders will have equal time in the arenas. The arenas are large enough for several people to work their horses concurrently; any boarder that is not co-operative or courteous may lose their share of arena time. Riders have priority over loose horses. Maximum of 20 minute turnout time for loose horses if riders are waiting for the arenas.
Boarders are to use their own tack and supplies only. Boarders are not to "borrow" any tack or any supplies from other boarders or from this stable. Please lock up tack and other personal belongings. This stable will not be held responsible for lost or stolen tack, or other personal belongings.
All boarded horses must remain within the designated areas of the stable property ( ie, pens, roundpens, and arenas) and will not be allowed outside of these parameters.
All stable property damaged or broken by boarded horses are the sole responsibility of the owner of said animal. All repair costs will be added to the boarder's monthly fee.
This stable reserves the right to refuse the continuation of board of any horse or horses for any reason, to include but not limited to: 1. any animal's poor health or unsoundness: dangerous propensities, habits and/ or vices which this stable is not equipped to handle; 2. owner's refusal to obey stable rules or to co-operate with this stable after reasonable requests relative to the management, welfare and safety of animals and people on these premises have been made; 3. and also in event of discontinuation of the business of the boarding of horses. In such an event, this stable shall give owner at least 30 days' written notice of said pending event to remove boarded animals from these premises. Only after all fees have been paid in full, is this agreement to be considered concluded. Failure to pay boarding fees and or other charges as are due shall also entitle this stable to immediately terminate this agreement, and to keep the animal or animals in this stable's possession until all fees and charges are paid in full, not to exceed 30 days after termination of this agreement.
Upon 30 days written notice to this stable, owner may terminate this agreement for any reason. This stable shall be paid in full for all fees incurred up to the termination date. After all fees are paid in full and the animal or animals have been vacated from the premises, this agreement is concluded.
For safety's sake, please keep all children under the age of 18 under the close supervision of his or her parent at all times.
